It is only used as a disinfectant and emollient agent in preparing the feet for use in ointments, creams or other therapeutic compositions. After peroxide treatment, the drug mixture penetrates deeper into the skin and the formation of horns.

Before curing nail fungus, the plate must be softened with a cotton pad dipped in peroxide. This should be done after a foot bath. Cotton wool is applied on the affected horny plate 2 times a day for a month. After 20 minutes, the cotton pad can be removed, and the nail can be treated with medication.

Vinegar

They also make baths with a table or apple cider vinegar. To do this, take 250 ml of product for 5000 ml of water. Baths are taken for ¼ hours every day. Then the feet are rubbed without rinsing, and local antimycotic medications are applied.

Birch tar and soap tar

Soda

Soda softens the stratum corneum, facilitates its removal and promotes better drug penetration. In warm water (5 l) add 60 g of soda and the same amount of grating soap. Soda slurry with lemon juice is suitable for the treatment of fungal nails. It is applied on the affected horny plate, and lemon juice is dripped on top. After five minutes, the foaming mixture is removed.
